We experienced a server outage today from 3:12PM to 4:09PM PST. The outage prevented web users and devices from being able to access our servers. The issue has been resolved and the ManageXR platform is back to being fully operational.
This downtime was caused by a misconfigured update to our servers. Fortunately, the update has now been successfully released and includes a series of exciting new features. Stay tuned for announcements soon!
